Job description

This internship helps students build knowledge and practical skills within a technical discipline. Work assignments are completed under the guidance of a supervisor, manager, or senior team member. The role may be temporary or alternate with academic study periods depending on program structure.

Interns may contribute across several technical areas including technical support, software development, data analysis and reporting, networking or infrastructure support, and DevSecOps or cloud support.

Technical Support

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Help resolve network connectivity concerns and support system configuration tasks.
• Support IT teams in managing company devices.

Software Development

• Write basic code or scripts for internal tools and projects.
• Support testing activities to identify and document software bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and learn version control and secure coding practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Assist with data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
• Create reports, dashboards, or visualizations using tools such as Excel or PowerPoint.

Networking and Infrastructure Support

• Help install and configure networking hardware.
• Monitor network performance and flag potential issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, security, and infrastructure concerns.

DevSecOps

• Support automation of routine tasks using scripts or programming tools.
