Job summary

Nutrabay in Delhi is offering an Intern position for NDR Calling. You will handle outbound calls to customers with failed deliveries and coordinate with Logistics to resolve issues, while maintaining accurate records in the system.

The role suits freshers or those with internship experience in customer support, logistics, or ecommerce. You will work from office in Delhi/NCR with Monday–Saturday schedule and flexible timings.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and internship experience in customer support, calling, logistics, or ecommerce are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with failed delivery attempts and address concerns.
• Validate NDR remarks and coordinate with Logistics for re-attempts or corrections.
• Update call records and ensure accurate system remarks after each call.
• Follow daily targets and TAT to resolve issues.
• Support in reducing RTO by identifying recurring customer or delivery issues.

Job Role - Intern - NDR Calling

Key Responsibilities:

1. NDR Calling & Customer Coordination

• Make outbound calls to customers whose orders have failed delivery attempts.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate delivery-related support.
• Handle high call volumes with patience, politeness, and professionalism.

2. NDR Validation & Resolution

• Verify and validate courier NDR remarks against undelivered shipments.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team for re-attempts, address corrections, or customer instructions.
• Escalate delivery-related issues to the concerned team whenever required.

3. Calling Records & System Updates

• Maintain accurate call records and update the system with relevant remarks after every call.
• Ensure customer responses and delivery instructions are captured correctly.
• Follow defined daily calling targets and TAT for issue resolution.

4. RTO Reduction & Operational Support

• Follow up on pending NDR cases to support successful delivery attempts.
• Work closely with internal teams to reduce RTO and improve delivery success rate.
• Support the Logistics team in identifying recurring customer or delivery issues.

• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and high call volumes.
• Customer service and communication skills.
