Job summary

Nutrabay in Delhi NCR is seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle delivery-related calls, verify NDR remarks, and coordinate with Logistics for re-attempts. You will work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment with emphasis on accuracy and customer care.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates with strong communication, who can manage high call volumes and contribute to a friendly, growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi and English required.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills expected.
• Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and high call volumes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers whose orders have failed delivery attempts.
• Understand customer concerns and provide delivery-related support.
• Handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
• Verify NDR remarks against undelivered shipments.
• Coordinate with Logistics for re-attempts or address corrections.
• Escalate delivery issues to the concerned team when required.
• Maintain call records and update the system with remarks.
• Ensure customer responses and delivery instructions are captured correctly.
• Follow daily targets and TAT for issue resolution.
• Follow up on pending NDR cases to support successful deliveries.
• Work with internal teams to reduce RTO and improve delivery success.

Job description

• Make outbound calls to customers whose orders have failed delivery attempts.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate delivery-related support.
• Handle high call volumes with patience, politeness, and professionalism.
• Verify and validate courier NDR remarks against undelivered shipments.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team for re-attempts, address corrections, or customer instructions.
• Escalate delivery-related issues to the concerned team whenever required.

3. Calling Records & System Updates

• Maintain accurate call records and update the system with relevant remarks after every call.
• Ensure customer responses and delivery instructions are captured correctly.
• Follow defined daily calling targets and TAT for issue resolution.

4. RTO Reduction & Operational Support

• Follow up on pending NDR cases to support successful delivery attempts.
• Work closely with internal teams to reduce RTO and improve delivery success rate.
• Support the Logistics team in identifying recurring customer or delivery issues.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, politeness, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in system updates.
• Proactive approach toward pending cases and closures.

Skills Required
