Qualifications

  • LLB / 3-year or 5-year law degree from a recognized institution.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or missing information.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of US immigration petitions and supporting documentation, including H-1B and AOS cases.
  • Review case documents for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established processes.
  • Assist immigration specialists and attorneys with gathering and organizing information required for petition preparation.
  • Conduct basic legal and immigration-related research under guidance of experienced team members.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain case-related documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required information and documentation within defined timelines.
  • Assist in tracking case status and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.
  • Support client and foreign national communication by responding to routine queries as directed by the team.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure confidentiality, data privacy, and information security requirements.
  • Learn and develop an understanding of US immigration policies, procedures, and case-processing requirements.
  • Work closely with attorneys and senior team members to ensure quality and timely completion of immigration matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates to gain practical, hands‑on experience in US immigration processes, legal documentation, petition preparation, and client service while working closely with experienced immigration professionals and attorneys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of US immigration petitions and supporting documentation, including H-1B and Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases.
  • Review case documents and information for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established processes.
  • Assist immigration specialists and attorneys with gathering and organizing information required for petition preparation.
  • Conduct basic legal and immigration‑related research under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain case‑related documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to obtain required information and documentation within defined timelines.
