Job summary

IQVIA Argentina is seeking a data- and analytics-driven professional to translate client needs into business solutions. You will build dashboards using Excel, Power BI and SQL, interpret data, and present insights to management teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life sciences/Technology/Statistics.
• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Business or Statistics.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and propose business solutions.
• Interpret data, summarize findings with analytical reasoning.
• Support dashboard development with KPIs such as Market share and Evolution Index.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Present at client meetings and workshops with ownership of insights.
• Leverage consulting methods and pharmaceutical market knowledge.

Key Job Role

• Understanding the requirements from clients/stakeholders and proposing a business solution for the same
• Good with Analytical and Logical reasoning skills, should be able to interpret data and summarize findings
• Supporting the design and build of new dashboards with key KPIs like Market share, Evolution Index, Penetration rate etc with understanding business needs, product portfolio , pricing.
• Managing internal and external cross functional stakeholders to provide solution for different business problems
• Leveraging business acumen in identifying strategic alternatives to client questions
• Working in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholders
• Developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Attending, supporting and presenting at client meeting
• Have hands on working experience on Excel , PPT , Power BI and SQL
• Understanding of Pharma Industry and landscape will be an added advantage
