Job summary

Zeta, a leading banking tech innovator, seeks a Learning & Organization Development professional in Bengaluru. You will shape L&D programs and drive large-scale people initiatives with ownership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include designing and coordinating programs, analyzing data to improve impact, and creating engaging learning content using Canva and Office tools. Master's degree in HR/ Psychology preferred; strong communication and proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Master's in HR/ Psychology or related field.
• Experience with Canva or presentation design is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Learning & Organization Development team on AI and capability-building programs.
• Coordinate, design, and execute learning initiatives.
• Drive program operations including comms, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Analyze program data and provide actionable insights.
• Develop POVs on AI and workplace learning trends.
• Create, curate, and manage internal content and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Learning & Organization Development team at Zeta on high-impact initiatives spanning AI, DEIB, capability building, and large-scale people programs. This role offers significant ownership and exposure to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support the design, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives.
• Drive program operations, including stakeholder communication, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Analyze program data and feedback to generate insights and recommend improvements.
• Conduct research, analyze trends, and develop point-of-view documents on emerging topics, including AI and workplace learning.
• Create, curate, and manage communication content such as blogins, learning resources, presentations, and internal campaigns.

Experience and Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Master's degree (HR/ Psychology, or related fields).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Canva, presentation design, or basic content creation is an added advantage.
• Prior internship, campus leadership, or event management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
