Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Proposal Writer/Coordinator to draft, edit, and manage copy for proposals, presentations, reports, and qualifications materials. You will support more senior writers, research project information, and maintain up-to-date marketing files and databases.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and about 3 years of related experience, with potential for domestic or international travel as duties demand. This is a pipeline position for future needs.

• Ensures marketing and visual presentation information and files are maintained and up-to-date.
• Responds promptly to requests for marketing materials and information.
• Maintains reliable, accurate, and high-quality databases for use in marketing and promotional activities.
• Performs other duties as required.

Job Description

Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Additional Pay Range Information

CDM Smith is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This pay range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels for the geographic location assigned to the position. In addition to geographic location, a candidate’s salary is determined by several other factors including, but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, relevant work experience, skills, required certifications, and education/training.

Additional Compensation

All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
