Qualifications

Experience of 1-4 years as an architect/ interior architect.
Immediate joining is preferred.

Responsibilities

Handling projects independently.
Making presentation and detailed working drawings.
Communicating with clients, site teams, and vendors.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Good working knowledge of Revit

Sketchup proficiency (V-ray, Lumion preferred)

Adobe Photoshop

Nitesh Minocha Architects is an Architecture and Interior Design firm based in New Delhi founded in 1991. Our work ranges from residential to commercial buildings, and interiors for high-end residences, offices and retail spaces.

Our mission is to design and deliver well planned, thoughtfully designed and immaculately detailed projects, executed to the highest standards of quality with the aim to exceed the client’s expectations.

We’re in pursuit of passionate and motivated architects and interior architects who possess sound technical skills and the ability to work in close collaboration with the other members of our studio team and project teams and immerse themselves in our hands-on approach to projects from start to finish.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture from a recognised institute
Experience of 1-4 years as an architect/ interior architect
Immediate joining is preferred

Software Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD
Good working knowledge of Revit, Sketchup (preferably with V-ray, Lumion, or other rendering software), Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and Excel.

Other skills we look for:

The ability to explain designs through sketches, 3D models and working drawings.
Experience making interior working drawings is preferred
Experience working on retail projects is preferred
Excellent sense of visual composition
Familiarity with the various construction and finishing materials available
The ability to coordinate with site teams, vendors, suppliers and contractors
On-site experience is preferable

You will be responsible for:

Handling projects independently
Making presentation drawings as well as detailed working drawings
Making 3d models and renders
Making design presentations with mood boards, color and material palettes
Making estimates, BOQs and schedules.
Communicating and coordinating with clients, site teams, contractors, vendors and suppliers.
