Job summary

Synergy Corporate Interiors in Delhi invites a Design Architect to join our team. You will lead layout planning, interior concepts, 3D renders and site documentation, ensuring design intent aligns with client needs and industry standards.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelors in Interiors or Architecture, have 1–5 years’ corporate interiors experience, strong visualization, communication with clients and vendors, and a practical, diligent work approach. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelors in Interiors or Architecture from a reputed college (full-time).
• 1–5 years of corporate interiors experience.
• Strong design and conceptualization skills.
• Ability to visualize in 3-Dimension.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in client and vendor handling.
• Goal-oriented, honest and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Layout planning and interior look & design concept development.
• Prepare 3D renders and visualizations.
• Produce measured drawings and site reports.
• Coordinate with clients for approvals and MOMs.
• Prepare vendor and client BOQs, and as-built BOQs.
• Develop technical working drawings.

   • I. Communication and coordinating with the client for
   • approvals.

5. 5. Technical Working Drawings

Required Candidate profile:

1. Diploma / Bachelors in Interiors or Architecture from a Reputed College. Full Time Course.
2. Minimum experience in Corporate Interiors of 1-5 years.
3. Good Design and Conceptualizing skills.
4. Ability to visualize in 3-Dimension.
5. Good co-ordination and communication skills.
6. Well versed in English, spoken and written.
7. Client & Vendor handling skills.
8. Efficient, Honest and Hardworking.
