Job summary

Investors Clinic is seeking an Architect / Interior Designer for Noida. The role requires 2–3 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max with V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Photoshop, and MS Office.

You will develop innovative concepts for residential and commercial projects, create layouts and detailed drawings, and coordinate with clients and site teams. You will also prepare BOQs and material specifications, select finishes and lighting, ensure design quality, and produce

• 2–3 years of experience in architecture and interior design is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max with V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Photoshop and MS Office is required.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, interior design, working drawings and GFC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare space planning, layout plans, furniture layouts, and presentation drawings.
