Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong knowledge of interior design and space planning.
• Experience in site execution and project management.
• Proven ability in lead generation and inside sales.
• Excellent client handling and meetings skills.
• Strong sales negotiation and deal closing abilities.
• Understanding of interior costing and material knowledge.
• Vendor and contractor management experience.
