• Strong space‑planning skills and good sense of materials, colors, lighting, and finishes.
• Ability to develop design concepts and present them to clients.
• Excellent client communication and coordination with vendors and site teams.
• Portfolio of previous design work is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Interior Design / Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Produce 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and sections; create 3D presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and project teams.
• Develop design concepts and present them to clients.
• Assist during project execution and coordinate with site teams.

Proficiency in design software such as *AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite*.

• Knowledge of *3D modelling and rendering tools* such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar.
• Strong creativity, design sense, and *space-planning skills*.
• Good understanding of *materials, colours, lighting, furniture, finishes, and architectural elements*.
• Ability to prepare *2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and 3D presentations*.
• Knowledge of *site measurements, detailed drawings, and execution drawings*.
• Ability to develop design concepts and present them effectively to clients.
• Coordinate with *clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and project teams*.
• Understanding of architectural and interior design standards and construction details.
• Strong communication and *client-handling skills*.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
