Role Description

The Interior Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and working drawings for residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and terrace projects. Day-to-day tasks include translating design concepts into technical drawings, coordinating with designers and architects, updating plans based on feedback, and ensuring all drawings meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards. The role involves regular site coordination, measurement verification, and collaboration with contractors to clarify drawings and details when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close interaction with the design team to deliver precise and timely documentation.

• Strong proficiency in CAD and relevant drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar) for 2D and 3D interior drawings.
• Ability to interpret architectural and interior design concepts and convert them into detailed plans, sections, elevations, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery details, and basic building services to produce practical and executable drawings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements, annotations, and documentation, with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with designers, architects, and site teams.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in interior drafting preferred.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Noida, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
