Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial interior design projects, especially corporate and IT office spaces.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into innovative, practical, and aesthetically refined design solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, site measurements, and feasibility assessments.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Possess strong technical coordination knowledge in MEP Services, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Fire Fighting Systems (FFS).
• Develop mood boards, material palettes, furniture selections, and design presentations.
• Create 3D concepts and visualizations to communicate design intent effectively.

Education
