Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 3–4 years hands-on experience in interior design, site supervision, and drafting.
• Mandatory: high proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed working drawings.
• Crucial: ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling tools (Blender, SketchUp, or 3ds Max).
• Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows is a plus.
• Strong time management and communication skills, and site handling.

About the Role: JB Home Store is seeking a skilled and proactive Interior Designer to join our in-house design team. In this role, you will work closely with our Design Lead to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings, create compelling 3D visualizations, and oversee smooth execution on site.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage site execution, coordinate with vendors, and keep project timelines on track while collaborating with team leadership on high-level design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft accurate AutoCAD layouts, section details, and production-ready working drawings.
• Create realistic 2D/3D visualizations for client presentations and material selection.
• Manage on-site execution, ensuring construction and installation strictly align with approved designs.
• Coordinate directly with vendors, contractors, and site personnel to manage project schedules.
• Utilize AI design software and modern digital tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Maintain material libraries and project documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in interior design, site supervision, and drafting.
