Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2-4 years of experience in residential and commercial interior designing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture detailing, materials, and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
• Prepare 2D layouts, detailed working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Create mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations.
• Understand client requirements and provide functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
