Job summary

Kmspl Services is looking for a sales professional with painting and décor knowledge to manage Panvel, Kolhapur and parts of Pune. This role requires frequent travel, team coordination, customer support, resource planning, and achieving volume and profit targets.

The ideal candidate will have relevant design or architectural education and a track record in sales, with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally and drive revenue across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degrees in design, architecture or related fields.
• Professional design or architecture training may be applicable.
• Strong educational foundation in visual arts or design disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales in Panvel, Kolhapur and parts of Pune with a focus on volume and profit targets.
• Coordinate with team to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
• Plan resources and travel to cover multiple cities with frequent visits.
• Monitor and optimize performance against targets and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand painting and décor requirements and close deals.
