Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks an interior designer to plan, design and furnish interiors of residential, commercial or industrial buildings. You will craft practical, aesthetic concepts and prepare drawings for submission.

Responsibilities include arranging materials and BOQs, coordinating with vendors, attending site reviews, and updating the Project Manager on weekly progress to keep the project on schedule. Coordinate change requests from clients and modify drawings as needed.

Qualifications

• To Plan, Design and furnish interiors of residential, commercial or industrial buildings.
• Formulate design that are practical, aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes.
• Carrying out all design tasks given by Sr. Associate Architect.
• To ensure timely submission of drawings.
• To accept change requests from client and modify drawings.
• To prepare and submit Bill of Quantities (BOQs) as required.
• To ensure schedule as per project flow maintained by vendor.
• To attend site review meetings with / without Sr. associate
• Ensure that the project progress as per schedule is updated weekly with the Project Manager.
• To organize for selection & procurement of materials, equipment for site use as required and approved by the Project In-Charge.
