Job summary

This role requires strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D software, plus ability to coordinate with architects, contractors and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 4–10 years of experience in interior design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of interior materials and construction methods.
• Good creative, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
• Prepare and coordinate drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, and MEP consultants.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and colour schemes.
