• Academic background in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Ability to use design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) for visuals and drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and project coordination.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Interior Designer role based at CADD CENTRE Gurugram, Sector 14. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior concepts for training and office spaces, including layout planning, material selection, and finishes. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing design proposals, creating detailed drawings and presentations, coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors, and ensuring that designs comply with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves overseeing implementation on‑site, monitoring quality, resolving design‑related issues during execution, and aligning interiors with the organization’s brand and learner‑centric environment. The Interior Designer will also collaborate with the training team to integrate real‑world design elements that support the institute’s educational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design skills, with the ability to develop creative and functional concepts for educational and corporate spaces.
• Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture‑related coordination to optimize layouts, circulation, and user experience.
• Experience preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and sections.
• Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
• Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Ability to use design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) for visualizations and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and project coordination skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Prior experience in interior projects for educational, commercial, or office environments is an advantage.
