Qualifications

• Expertise in interior design and space planning for commercial/office environments.
• Working knowledge of Architecture principles and coordination with structural and MEP teams.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed layout drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination.
• Strong design software skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Encape or similar) and presentation tools.
• Ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective design solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in workplace or commercial interior projects in India is an advantage.

Role Description

The Interior Designer will work full time on-site in Delhi, India, contributing to the design and execution of high-performance office spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior concepts, preparing space plans, creating detailed drawings, and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project goals and brand identity. The role involves collaborating with architects, project managers, contractors, and clients to refine design solutions and ensure feasibility, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets. The Interior Designer will participate in site visits, coordinate with vendors, review construction work, and support design revisions based on feedback. The position also includes preparing presentations, mood boards, and documentation to clearly communicate design intent to stakeholders.
