Job summary

Archiworld is seeking an Interior Designer to transform residential and commercial spaces into functional, safe, and visually compelling environments. You will engage clients, develop concepts, create 2D layouts and 3D renderings, and coordinate with consultants to deliver on budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

Looking for an Interior Designer that transforms residential and commercial environments into functional, safe, and visually compelling spaces.

Responsibilities

• 1. Client Engagement: Conduct initial consultations to define client goals, style preferences, project scopes, timelines, and budget limits.
• 2. Concept & Spatial Planning: Develop preliminary design concepts, space layouts, 2D floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards.
• 3. Material & FF&E Selection: Source and specify Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), architectural finishes, custom millwork, color palettes, and decorative elements.
• 4. Technical Documentation: Draft detailed construction documentation, electrical plans, partition layouts, and product schedules using CAD software.
• 5. Vendor & On-Site Coordination: Partner with architects, general contractors, structural engineers, and tradespeople to ensure proper execution on site.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Professional Skills: Outstanding client-facing communication, spatial problem-solving, attention to detail, and multi-project management abilities.
