Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Noida. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and corporate projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project budgets. Daily responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing presentations and 3D visualizations in collaboration with the design team. The role involves working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design intent into accurate construction drawings and monitor design execution on-site. The Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, revise designs based on feedback, and support end-to-end project delivery from initial brief to final handover.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and FF&E skills, including concept development, material selection, and furniture specification.
• Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and aesthetics across different project types.
• Foundational knowledge of Architecture to coordinate effectively with structural and MEP requirements.
• Ability to produce detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for on-site execution.
• Relevant design software skills (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop or similar) and 3D visualization capability.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience working on residential and commercial interiors; exposure to turnkey or design-build projects is an advantage.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage multiple deadlines.
