Job summary

Tesor Designs, an interior design and décor firm based in Bengaluru, is expanding its design team. We are seeking a creative and hands-on designer familiar with the design and execution aspects of home interiors, based at our studio in HSR Layout.

The role involves creating great designs, communicating with clients and vendors, preparing 3D and 2D presentations, production drawings, and collaborating with site teams to realise client homes as planned.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or Interior Design degree required in India.
• Fresh graduate or 2–3 years of interior design experience.
• Experience with moodboards, elevations and production/technical drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Canva and MS Office.
• Strong creative and communication skills; ability to execute projects seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Create great designs and layouts based on client needs.
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team to address requirements.
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups) and production drawings.
• Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant.
• Work with site teams to ensure client homes are realised as per plan.

Tesor Designs is an interior design and decor firm headquartered in Bangalore, providing end-to-end interior design solutions and having our state-of-the-art experience centres in HSR & HRBR Layout.

We're expanding our design team and are looking for a creative & hands-on designer who is familiar with the design & execution aspects of home interiors.

This position is based out of our studio in HSR Layout in Bangalore.

Qualifications:

• B.Arch or Interior Design Graduates only.
• Fresh Graduate or 2 - 3 years of experience in Interior Design
• Experience with creating moodboards, elevations, production / technical drawings, electrical layouts
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Canva & Microsoft Office suite
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute projects seamlessly
