Role Overview

The Interior Design Manager will be responsible for leading the interior design team and managing the complete design lifecycle of residential interior projects — from client brief and concept development to final design approval and execution handover.

The role requires a combination of creative leadership, technical knowledge, client management, team management, and project coordination.

The Design Manager must ensure that designs are aesthetically strong, functionally practical, commercially viable, and accurately communicated to the execution team.

• Client Presentation & Approval
• Participate in important client meetings and design presentations.
• Support designers in presenting concepts, layouts, 3D designs, materials, and finishes.

Education

• Strong experience in turnkey residential interiors.
