Livspace, based in Bengaluru, seeks an Interior Design Lead to drive design excellence and manage a team of 6–10 designers, overseeing 12–15 residential projects each month from concept to handover.

You will ensure high-quality design delivery, seamless client experience, and strict adherence to Livspace standards while coordinating with sales, operations, and execution teams. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in residential interior design.
• Proven experience in team handling and project management.

• Conduct design reviews, layout validations, and 3D design approvals
• Ensure adherence to Livspace design processes, quality benchmarks, and timelines
• Handle client interactions, presentations, and escalations
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless delivery
• Conduct training sessions and mentor designers on technical and design aspects
