Responsibilities

• Concept & Visualization: assist in mood boards, material boards, and schematic design presentations.
• Drafting & Modeling: produce and update 2D/3D drawings, floor plans, elevations using AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit.
• FF&E Sourcing: research and source furniture, fixtures, fabrics, hardware within budgets.
• Vendor & Client Coordination: communicate with vendors and compile specification sheets.
• Digital & AI Assistance: use ChatGPT and Canva to organize notes, draft client communications, research trends.
• Studio Support: maintain material library, organize sample boxes, assist with on-site or office tasks.

In this role, you will support our senior designers through all phases of the design process—from initial concept development and space planning to material sourcing and client presentations.

• You will also assist in leveraging modern digital workflows, including using AI tools like ChatGPT for efficient research, client communication drafts, and design ideation tracking.
• Key ResponsibilitiesConcept & Visualization: Assist in creating mood boards, material boards, and schematic design presentations.
• Drafting & Modeling: Help produce and update 2D/3D drawings, floor plans, and elevations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• FF&E Sourcing: Research and source furniture, fixtures, hardware, fabrics, and finishes that align with project budgets and aesthetics.
• Vendor & Client Coordination: Communicate with vendors, request material samples, and help compile specification sheets.
• Digital & AI Assistance: Utilize tools like ChatGPT and Canva to organize project notes, draft baseline client communications, research interior trends, and streamline daily workflow asset management.
• Studio Support: Maintain the material library, organize sample boxes, and assist with general on-site or office project tasks.
