Job summary

Eaton Technologies Pvt Ltd in Pune seeks an experienced RTR professional to lead intercompany accounting, reconciliations, netting and month-end close in a shared services setup.

You will handle GL, fixed assets, financial reporting and SOX controls, working with global finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.

Qualifications

• Experience in RTR and general accounting within SSC.
• Strong intercompany accounting and reconciliation skills.
• Proficient in netting, settlements and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO and US GAAP/IFRS.
• SOX controls and audit support experience.
• Ability to collaborate with global finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RTR activities including GL, journal entries, accruals, and period close.
• Perform intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, netting, and balance confirmations.
• Resolve intercompany mismatches, aged balances, FX differences, and reporting issues.
• Support month-end/year-end close, audits (SOX, EY), and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, SOX controls, and company policies.
• Collaborate with business units, treasury, FP&A and global finance teams.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.

Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced RTR professional with strong expertise in Intercompany Accounting, Reconciliations, Netting, Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, and SOX Compliance in a Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RTR activities including GL, journal entries, accruals, provisions, fixed assets, and period close.
• Perform intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, netting, and balance confirmations.
• Resolve intercompany mismatches, aged balances, FX differences, and reporting issues.
• Support month-end/year-end close, audits (Internal, External, SOX, EY), and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, SOX controls, and company policies.
• Act as SME and collaborate with business units, treasury, FP&A, and global finance teams.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
