Job summary

Net Connect is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end RTR activities in a global manufacturing context. The role focuses on journal entries, reconciliations, period-end close, and collaboration with plant accounting teams.

The candidate will support inventory costing, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and reporting, utilizing SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance to ensure accuracy and audit readiness across processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP FI/CO in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of GL, AR, AP, and reconciliations.
• Understanding of inventory, product costing, and COPA basics.
• Ability to prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Awareness of financial reporting requirements.
• Basic tax accounting knowledge.
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Perform accounting transactions, reconciliations, reporting support, and period-end close activities across various RTR sub-processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in a global manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process journals, accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments
• Perform balance sheet, bank, and intercompany reconciliations
• Support inventory accounting, product costing, and COPA activities
• Assist with fixed asset accounting and project accounting processes
• Support period-end and year-end close activities
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support tax accounting and compliance activities

Process/Domain Coverage

General Ledger, Reconciliations, Product Costing, Inventory Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Reporting, Budgeting, and Tax Accounting.

SAP / S/4HANA Requirements

Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO finance modules
• Working knowledge of GL, AR, AP, and reconciliation processes
• Understanding of inventory and product costing basics
• Ability to prepare accurate reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Familiarity with financial reporting requirements
• Basic tax accounting knowledge

Experience

36 years in Accounting, Shared Services, BPO, GCC, or Finance Operations with hands-on SAP experience.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
