Job summary

InteQuant Advisors in Bangalore is seeking Senior Associate/AVP/VP to own live mandates end-to-end across capital-raising and M&A. You will interface directly with clients, investors and lenders, managing workstreams from origination to close and taking on greater responsibility with your judgement.

The role offers breadth beyond a single workstream, opportunities to work closely with founders and senior leadership, and a merit-led path to advance from Senior Associate to Vice President.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant professional experience; prior investment banking experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to build board- and investor-ready presentations.
• Excellent oral and written communication; you can hold the room with a client and write with clarity.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an instinct for getting numbers and the narrative exactly right.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed and comfortable carrying responsibility on live deals.

This is a front-line, execution-and-origination seat for professionals who want to run live mandates end-to-end rather than work on a single slice of the deal. You will own workstreams across the full capital-raising and M-A lifecycle, interface directly with clients, investors and lenders, and take on responsibility that scales with your judgement.
