Great Coaches HR Consultants in India seeks a Consultant Intensivist for a Multi - Super Speciality Hospital. The role targets physicians with DM/MD/PDCC in anaesthesia or critical care, encompassing a broad ICU remit and post-operative monitoring.

Qualifications

• DM/MD/PDCC or equivalent in Anaesthesia/Critical Care or related fields.
• Broad exposure to Intensive Care Medicine and related subspecialties.

Responsibilities

• Support patients with hemodynamic instability, airway/ventilatory needs, and acute organ failures.
• Monitor critically ill patients in ICU and oversee invasive monitoring post-surgery.
• Coordinate care with surgical teams and critical care staff.

Job Responsibilities: To Patients gives support for hemodynamic instability (hypertension/hypotension), airway or respiratory compromise (such as ventilator support), acute renal failure, potentially lethal cardiac dysrhythmias, and frequently the cumulative effects of multiple organ system failure. Patients admitted to the intensive care unit not requiring support for the above are usually admitted for intensive/invasive monitoring, such as the crucial hours after major surgery when deemed too unstable to transfer to a less intensively monitored unit.
