This senior role combines strong system administration with development capabilities and user-support experience, ensuring the platform is highly configured, integrated, and performing to business needs.

Responsibilities

Senior Intelex Administrator, Developer, and Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Intelex Administrator, Developer, and Support Specialist to own the administration, customization, development, and ongoing support of the Intelex EHSQ (Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality) management platform.

This senior-level role is ideal for a technical expert who combines strong system administration skills with development capabilities and excellent end-user support experience. You will ensure the platform is highly configured, integrated, performing well, and aligned with business needs while providing advanced troubleshooting and training to users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Configuration

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Intelex platform, managing user access, security roles, permissions, and system configurations.
• Design, build, and maintain workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, scorecards, and business intelligence elements.
• Manage data integrity, including imports/exports, data quality audits, and synchronization with other enterprise systems.
• Oversee platform upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
• Maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process manuals, and security matrices.

Development & Customization

• Develop and customize Intelex applications using the platforms configuration tools, scripting, and APIs.
• Create automated workflows and advanced reporting solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate EHSQ needs into technical solutions.

Support & Optimization

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving incidents efficiently.
• Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Deliver training sessions, webinars, and user guides for administrators and end-users.
• Act as a liaison between business units, vendors (Intelex), and internal IT teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform usability, compliance, and value delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• 5-8+ years of hands‑on experience with Intelex administration, configuration, and development in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of EHSQ processes (incident management, audits, risk assessment, compliance, training, etc.).
• Proven experience with Intelex Platform configuration tools, APIs, and customization capabilities.
• Solid technical background including SQL/databases, JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration technologies.
• Experience supporting large user bases and managing enterprise software implementations.

Preferred:

• Intelex certification or advanced training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, etc.).
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or advanced analytics tools.
