Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, in Bengaluru seeks an engineer to join our LTE/5G RAN testing team. You will contribute to hands-on testing, automation, and performance analysis within a cloud-native context.

Required are strong problem-solving skills, Linux proficiency, Python scripting, and familiarity with test equipment. Join a global team delivering innovative telecom solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with LTE and NR RAN Testing
• Solid understanding of 3GPP specifications for LTE and/or 5G NR (RRC, MAC, PDCP, RLC, NAS, S1AP, X2AP)
• Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation and data analysis; Bash is a plus
• Strong experience with Linux operating systems, including command-line tools and performance monitoring utilities
• Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems
• Experience with wireless test equipment and tools (Keysight/IXIA, Spirent, TM500, QCAT, Viavi)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment
