Job summary

Rakuten Symphony is seeking a professional with deep OSS/FCAPS expertise to drive integration across multi-vendor network elements and applications. You will integrate FM, PM, and Logs across OSS platforms and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with SNMP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Elastic Stack, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or equivalent required.
• Hands-on OSS/EMS/NMS integration experience.
• Experience with multi-vendor OSS ecosystems and FCAPS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead FCAPS applications and OSS integration across multi-vendor equipment.
• Design, implement, and manage FM, PM, and Logs integration within OSS ecosystems.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation for integration activities.
• Ensure integration solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with SNMP, Webhook, SFTP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, gRPC; use Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, PromQL.

Role Summary :

We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in OSS, FCAPS, and multi system integration. The selected candidate will be responsible for integrating Fault vendor Management (FM), Performance Management (PM), and Logs across OSS platforms, ensuri ng smooth and efficient operations across diverse network elements and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FCAPS applications. driven OSS integration across multi vendor network equipment and Design, implement, and manage FM, PM, and Logs integration solutions within OSS ecosystems.
• Collaborate closely with vendors, internal development teams, and operations teams to deliver tailored integration solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation related to integration activities.
• Ensure all integration solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices. Demonstrate hands on experience with integration protocols and technologies such as SNMP, Webhook, SFTP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, and gRPC.
• Utilize monitoring and visualization tools including Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and PromQL. Understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G/FWA technologies.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the telecom domain and OSS/FCAPS concepts.

Hands on experience in OSS EMS/NMS integration.

Proficiency in integration protocols and technologies: SNMP, Webhook, SFTP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, gRPC, etc.

Practical experience with Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and PromQL.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloude .

Experience working with vendor specific EMS/NMS platforms. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem Kubernetes certification is an added advantage solving abilities.
