Job summary

Aquera is seeking an Integration Developer and Implementation Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise integrations using JavaScript and Node.js. You will manage customer implementations from discovery through go-live and post-production support, coordinating with stakeholders across multiple engagements.

The role emphasizes hands-on REST/JSON/XML integrations, data mapping, and strong communication to ensure successful cloud-based and on-premise

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in integration development, implementation consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js; TypeScript experience is an advantage.
• Experience integrating HRIS, HCM, payroll, or workforce-management systems.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, SFTP, OAuth 2.0 JWT, and webhooks.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, including writing queries, working with schemas, and troubleshooting data issues.
• Strong customer-facing, consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
