Job summary

LTM in India seeks a seasoned Insurity Configurator to lead configuration delivery for Insurity Bridge PAS modules, coordinating between business stakeholders and onshore/offshore delivery teams.

You will own requirement analysis, design configuration solutions, perform testing, and mentor junior configurators, ensuring high-quality deployments and client demos.

Role Summary

The Configurator is responsible for leading Insurity PC product Sr configuration activities owning solution delivery and acting as the primary configuration lead between business stakeholders technical teams and offshoreonshore delivery The role combines handson Insurity configuration requirement solutioning and team leadership across AMS and project engagements

Key Responsibilities

Insurity Configuration Delivery

Lead configuration of Insurity Bridge PAS modules including Policy Billing Claims Quote Rating Coverage Referrals Forms and Documents

Perform product configuration enhancements and support activities across new features and change requests

Execute unit testing support system testing and assist during release and deployment activities

Handle production support defect analysis and configuration fixes as part of AMS engagements

Requirement Analysis Solutioning

Lead requirement analysis and solution design working closely with business SMEs BAs and client stakeholders

Translate business requirements into effective Insurity configuration solutions aligned with platform capabilities

Participate in system design discussions effort estimation sprint planning and backlog grooming

Prepare and review functional and design documentation walkthroughs and configuration artifacts

Team Stakeholder Leadership

Act as Lead Configurator coordinating onshoreoffshore teams ensuring delivery alignment and quality

Mentor and guide junior configurators providing configuration direction and review support

Conduct client demos reviews and walkthroughs of configured functionalities

Serve as a key point of contact for configurationrelated discussions with client and internal teams

Required Skills Experience

Domain Product Expertise

Strong Property Casualty Insurance domain knowledge across Commercial and Personal Lines

Handson experience in Insurity Bridge configuration mandatory

Knowledge of Ocean Marine Inland Marine Property Workers Compensation Cyber is desirable

Understanding of Insurance core functions Policy Billing Claims Rating Coverage

Technical Tool Skills

Strong experience configuring UI screens workflows triggers rating algorithms referrals forms and documents

Handson exposure to Ghost Draft Studio Workbench Bridge tools and related PAS utilities

Working knowledge of HTML CSS C NET Entity Framework MS SQL Server

Experience with Agile delivery sprintbased execution and iterative development
