Are you an experienced Marine Insurance Claims professional with a strong understanding of P&I Club claims, cargo losses, hull damages, and maritime risks?

We are looking for a Senior Claims Executive to join our team and play a critical role in managing marine insurance claims from notification to settlement while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve marine insurance claims from FNOL (First Notice of Loss) through final settlement.
• Promptly acknowledge, assess, and report marine-related incidents.
• Provide technical guidance on:
  • Marine insurance policies
  • Claims recoveries
• Liaise with:
  • P&I Clubs
  • Legal Counsel
• Maintain accurate claim files, logs, reconciliations, and cost documentation.
• Monitor aging claims and proactively drive resolutions.
• Support cargo claims handling, club guarantees, loss ratio tracking, and claims reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and claims trend analysis to support risk mitigation and business strategy.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to identify voyage and Charter Party (C/P) claim risks.
• Assist in audits, compliance reviews, legal coordination, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Support team operations during peak workloads and staff absences.
