We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist cum Insurance Coordinator with experience in insurance handling, particularly with in-depth knowledge of the Chief Minister's (CM) Insurance Scheme. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in policy processing, claim approvals, and documentation requirements under the scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate insurance-related processes, including claims, approvals, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with the CM Insurance Scheme guidelines and procedures.
• To ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims, patient eligibility verification, and coordination for the approval of treatments under the CM Insurance Scheme.
• Act as the point of contact between the hospital and insurance companies for efficient processing of patient claims and reimbursements.
• Verify patient eligibility and assist with policy-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of claims, reimbursements, and policy details.
• Provide necessary support to patients and internal teams regarding insurance matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance coordination, preferably in a hospital sector
