Qualifications

• Master's degree in the respective or closely related field, OR Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years teaching experience, OR PhD students welcome to join.
• Strong communication in English; ability to explain concepts clearly to learners and parents.
• Availability for evening and/or weekend sessions on a consistent part-time schedule.
• Ability to use learning tools and visuals; comfortable with hands-on demos, simulations, diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses as per the curriculum; bring subject expertise and clarity so learners build strong foundations and stay engaged.
• Conduct live and synchronous sessions, including doubt-solving and timely feedback; create a supportive environment.
• Design and support hands-on labs and assignments using learning tools and visuals; reinforce concepts.
• Mentor students and track progress; identify where learners need extra support and collaborate with the academic team to adapt content.
• Contribute to content and assessment improvements; share insights from the classroom so that curriculum and materials keep getting better.
• Represent aiqon's standards of quality and care in every interaction with learners and parents; build trust and excitement around AI, Quantum & Space education.

You'll teach one or more of our core subjects—AI, Quantum, Space science, psychology, or related STEM areas—to learners from Grade 6 onward.This role suits professionals, graduate students, or educators who want meaningful teaching work alongside other commitments.
