Qualifications

• Experience with virtual learning environments or LMS (e.g., Zoom, Percipio).
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with online communication platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Reliable internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist instructors during live virtual classes by monitoring chat, managing breakout rooms, and supporting technical needs.
• Take attendance, track participation, and document classroom activities.
• Provide real-time support to participants experiencing technical difficulties or requiring clarification.
• Prepare and distribute digital learning materials and assignments.
• Manage and update online learning platforms
• Support the administration of online assessments and quizzes.
• Support students through highly interactive teaching methods.

The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates effectively, and is comfortable navigating various educational technologies. You will play a key role in managing classroom logistics, supporting student engagement, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a remote learning environment.
Your role is to create an energetic, supportive, and practical learning environment so that learners walk away with new insights and action items that they will be able to implement in their professional careers.
NOTE: Programs take place in India during work hours. We prefer candidates located in local time zone (IST) but will consider others located outside with suitable availability.
