What would you do?

We are seeking a skilled facilitator with a strong foundation in adult learning and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role focuses on delivering effective, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences across both in-person and virtual environments. As an Instructor at Career Level 9, you will facilitate sessions using a variety of delivery techniques, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and business context. You will collaborate closely with content, curriculum, and operations teams, and use learner feedback and session data to inform improvements. The ideal candidate brings experience facilitating learning for global audiences and is able to adapt delivery to meet diverse learner needs and cultural contexts.

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Relevant years of experience facilitating adult learning in a professional setting Exposure to delivering training for global and culturally diverse audiences Subject matter knowledge and facilitation experience in one or more of the following areas: [e.g., leadership, communication, domain/functional skills, etc.]

Preferred Qualifications: Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions using a range of interactive tools (e.g., Mentimeter, MURAL, digital whiteboards) Understanding of adult learning theory and techniques for reinforcing learning Familiarity with interpreting learner data and feedback to enhance delivery quality
