• Stay current with evolving delivery formats, tools and facilitation practices.
• Participate in peer reviews, calibration sessions and knowledge sharing forums to maintain facilitation excellence.

What would you do?

• We are seeking a skilled facilitator with a strong foundation in adult learning and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role focuses on delivering effective, engaging and inclusive learning experiences across both in person and virtual environments.
• As an Instructor, you will facilitate sessions using a variety of delivery techniques, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and business context. You will collaborate closely with content, curriculum and operations teams and use learner feedback and session data to inform improvements.
• The ideal candidate brings experience facilitating learning for global audiences and is able to adapt delivery to meet diverse
• The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups.
