Job summary

Amazon INFC Learning team is seeking an exceptional Content Developer to design and develop innovative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities. You will create graphics, visuals, posters, OPLs, infographics, and video content; develop storyboards and assessments; manage learning projects with high quality standards.

The role requires strong instructional design, visual design, and project management skills, plus the ability to collaborate with Operations, Business, and Training

Qualifications

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership.
• Experience conveying complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and managing full application stacks.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization.

You must be skilled in creating engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, and video content. The role involves developing comprehensive storyboards, effective assessments, and managing learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards.

Success in this role requires strategic thinking ability with a creative problem-solving approach, excellence in project management with keen attention to detail, and good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key job responsibilities

A day in the life

Adhering to the core principles of adult learning, we create learning materials that are engaging and interactive for learners to increase knowledge retention and recall. We work with Operations, Business, Program & Training Delivery teams to identify scope of training.

We use modalities such as bite-size learning (mobile learning), OPLs, Infographics, instructor-led, blended, including assessments to build quality learning experiences for our learners and periodically evaluate them to assess effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership
• Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences
• Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 10+ years of content creation or similar experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level
• Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using content publishing tools to write, format, manage and publish high-quality content

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design, curriculum architecture, or training program development
• Can use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review experience
