Qualifications

• Experience with ADDIE, SAM or Agile Learning frameworks.
• Proficient in curriculum and learning path design.
• Skilled in e-learning development using Storyline, Rise, Captivate.
• Familiar with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, Docebo.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and manage projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning principles, e-learning development, curriculum design, and stakeholder collaboration.
