Job summary

Accenture PLC in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to transform complex content into engaging digital and instructor-led learning experiences for global delivery teams. You will design eLearning modules, develop ILT materials, and collaborate with SMEs to align learning outcomes.

Using Storyline 360, Rise 360, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled methods, you will publish content, ensure quality, and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Instructional Design with hands-on experience in Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Strong understanding of eLearning design, ILT design, learning objectives, content chunking, storyboarding, and engagement techniques.
• Experience developing instructional videos, multimedia assets, and polished learning materials.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, revisions, and feedback.

Job Summary

As an Instructional Designer for Digital Learning, you will be responsible for transforming complex content into engaging, scalable learning experiences for global delivery teams. Your typical day will involve designing eLearning modules, developing instructor-led training materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and creating polished multimedia-enabled learning content using tools such as Storyline 360, Rise 360, and PowerPoint. You will also support content publishing workflows, apply strong visual design practices, incorporate feedback, and use modern AI-enabled approaches to improve learning effectiveness and quality.
