• Content Development Support: Assist SMEs in preparing structured learning content including presentations, notes, and video scripts.
• Quality and Review: Review and format content for clarity, consistency, and learner understanding.
• Assessment and Assignment Creation: Draft assignments, quizzes, and test questions aligned with course outcomes.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver within deadlines; coordinate with SMEs, editors, designers, and content leads.

About the Role:

closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop engaging and

high-quality course materials for multiple domains such as Data Science,

Software Development, Business, Marketing, Finance, and Management.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who want to start

their career in EdTech, curriculum design, or learning experience

development, with an opportunity to gain multi-domain exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development Support

• Assist SMEs in preparing structured learning content including presentations, notes, and video scripts.
• Support during recording sessions by helping plan flow, learner examples, and recording setup.
• Document video editing requirements and coordinate with the media team for post-production.

2. Quality and Review

• Review and format content for clarity, consistency, and learner.
• Ensure that content is reviewed and approved by SMEs before submission.

3. Assessment and Assignment Creation

• Draft assignments, quizzes, and test questions aligned with course learning outcomes.
• Suggest interactive learning ideas and practical examples to enhance.
• Be flexible to work on different subjects and domains based on project requirements.
• Quickly understand new topics with guidance from SMEs and content leads.
• Maintain accuracy and instructional quality while adapting to different knowledge areas.

5. Project Ownership

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within deadlines.
