Job summary

Choice International in Mumbai is seeking an RMS Executive to manage day-to-day RMS operations, systems configurations, and trading terminal activities with Omnesys NEST expertise. The role requires hands-on experience in institutional trading and strong problem-solving skills.

You will coordinate with IT and vendors, perform UAT testing, and ensure smooth RMS functioning during market hours, with ongoing system enhancements and testing.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant certification/qualification in financial markets will be an advantage.
• 2–5 years of RMS / Institutional Trading Operations experience.
• Mandatory experience in RMS / Institutional Department.
• Strong hands-on experience with OMNESYS NEST / IOB.
• Good understanding of RMS processes, trading systems, limits, mappings and order management.
• Ability to independently handle BOD/EOD activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of UAT, system testing and implementation processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with IT teams, vendors and business users.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced RMS professional with hands-on experience in the Institutional / RMS Department and strong knowledge of trading terminals and risk management systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day RMS activities, system configurations, monitoring trade/order rejections, troubleshooting, and coordinating with IT and technology vendors to ensure smooth trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage BOD (Beginning of Day) and EOD (End of Day) RMS activities.
• Handle OMNESYS NEST / IOB Trading Terminal and perform all related RMS activities.
• Create and modify codes, mappings, client configurations and trading limits.
• Perform limit updation, margin-related configurations and RMS parameter changes.
