Job summary

You will travel extensively across India to survey sites, oversee installation, and ensure compliance with technical requirements. Reporting Manager: Head – Retrofit & Services

Job Description / Role:

• Regular travel to customer’s and sites for Company and product introduction & presentation
• Site survey, measurement, estimation of site work for installation, commissioning work
• Electrical and Civil drawings reading
• Supervision of installation and commissioning of High Voltage Bus Ducts at site from skilled/un-skilled Labour provided by customer.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with HV Busducts / Transformers installation, testing, commissioning will be givenpreference.
• Experience in Cables, HV/LV Panels, Sub-station equipments (Circuit Breakers, Isolators, CT/PT, etc)installation and commissioning.
• Electrical and Civil drawings reading capabilities.
• Sound 3-phase system and equipment Earthing and Grounding practise knowledge.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of electrical cables, solid Copper and Aluminum conductors andbusbar termination.
• Hands-on experience with on-site sheet-steel, Copper & Aluminum fabrication tools and equipment –Torque Wrench, welding, cutting, punching, etc.
• Ability to comfortably work in odd hours, under short timelines and targets, ability to withstandcustomer pressure.
• Prior Experience of working in Power plants, Cement Plants, Steel plants and particularly Govt.
• Utilities and PSUs is desired.
• Presently working directly or with Company’s authorized Service providers/Channel partner/ServiceContractors.
