Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Senior Derivatives Dealer for the Institutional Desk in Mumbai. You will execute orders, liaise with the Sales Trader, and apply a deep understanding of derivatives markets and arbitrage strategies to support institutional trading.

The role requires experience with large-volume mandates, strong tech-savvy skills in algos, and the ability to perform under significant pressure while researching new strategies post-market hours.

Qualifications

• MBA/CA/CFA qualification
• 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience with large-volume mandates and arbitrage trading on an institutional desk
• Strong understanding of derivatives markets and arbitrage strategies
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of algos

Responsibilities

• Execute orders and liaise with Sales Trader to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop deep understanding of derivatives markets and arbitrage strategies.
• Assist Sales Traders in managing large directional/arbitrage/rollover trades.
• Conduct product research after market hours to identify better trading strategies.
• Deliver under pressure and leverage algos for efficiency.

JOB ROLE:

• Executing orders liaise with the Sales Trader on the desk and ensure seamless execution.
• Having a thorough and detailed understanding of the derivatives market and arbitrage strategies, with the ability to read the screen.
• Ideal candidate should have experience handling large-volume FA & RA mandates and arbitrage trading for institutional trading.
• Assisting Sales Traders in managing large directional / arbitrage / rollover trades.
• Assisting in product research post market hours to identify better trading strategies and improve efficiency.
• Needs to be tech-savvy with deep knowledge of algos.
• Ability to deliver under tremendous pressure.
