Qualifications

• MBA/CA/CFA qualification is required or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in derivatives trading.
• Solid understanding of institutional trading, arbitrage strategies, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Execute orders and liaise with Sales Trader for seamless execution.
• Develop a thorough understanding of derivatives markets and arbitrage strategies.
• Handle large-volume FA and RA mandates and arbitrage trading for institutional desks.
• Assist Sales Traders in managing large directional/arbitrage/rollover trades.
• conduct post-market product research to identify better strategies and improve efficiency.
• Be tech-savvy with deep knowledge of algos and trading automation.
• Deliver under tremendous pressure with accuracy and speed.
